Within the last month there has been lots of happenings in the South Aussie brewing industry.

Lady Burra Brewhouse will be opening on Saturday 13th of June. The brewery has already released their first 2 beers an American Pale Ale and Red Ale in 330ml bottles.

The Young Henrys brewery being planned in Hindmarsh has been postponed. The NSW owned brewery is having more problems than anticipated setting up there second brewery in Perth.
So the brewery owners have decided to push back setting up the South Australian branch of the brewery, and the site at Hindmarsh has been lost.

Several breweries that exhibited beers at the GABS festival have decided to commercially release the beers they released for the festival.
Pikes Brewery have bottled the Tonic Ale from GABS
Big Shed Brewing are also bottling Golden Time Stout

It has been reported that the Barossa Brewing Company has been sold to new owners

Coopers have confirmed an in principle agreement with the Brooklyn Brewery to brew and distribute Brooklyn Lager

There will be two beer festivals in SA in the next two months.
The Arkaba Hotel is holding a Beer and Cider Fest on the 28th of June.
And there will be a Beer & BBQ Festival at the Adelaide Showgrounds between the 10th and 12th of July.
