In 1910, the Federal Co-operative Mineral Waters and Cordial Company Limited was established on August 12th, with its registered office located in Victoria Buildings, Grenfell Street, Adelaide. The company saw participation from 130 hotel keepers as shareholders, with Mr. A.G. Davis serving as the cordial maker. Initially, the factory was situated on part town acre 637 Gilbert Street, Adelaide, with the factory stables also serving as the registered office within 12 months. William Sims was appointed to guide its operations. By 1922, the company faced financial difficulties, leading to voluntary liquidation initiated on April 29th, 1921. Final settlements were reached on August 2nd, 1922, with Mr. Frederick James Blades, the company's secretary, appointed as the liquidator. |
