| John Crowder immigrated to South Australia in 1839, he is the father of William N Crowder. John setup an aerated waters factory in 1847 near the Rob Roy hotel across from Clarke’s Brewery. John was charged with assaulting a brewery worker in the brewery in November 1847, so this is probably the reason for his business to close around the same time. |
