Between 1911 and 1914, Henry James Wilson embarked on aerated water production at the former Monro & Co. site. Prior to this venture, he had sold his Kadina Mineral Waters business to F.G.W. Payze. Wilson named his new enterprise the "Gladstone Laura and George Town Mineral Waters Company," featuring the "Star" trademark. Unfortunately, Wilson passed away in 1914. A report in the Australian Cordial Maker on March 24th, 1914, announced the sale of Wilson's company to Mr. J. Grubb (corrected to F. Grubb), formerly associated with Hisgrove & Grubb Renmark.
