John Emery
| John Emery was the licensee of the Tasmanian Hotel in 1843. At this time the hotel was also being used as a brewery. Mr Emery is recorded as being a brewer in 1849, and he might have tried to start his own brewery after his experiences with the Tasmanian Hotel Brewery. |
