Christopher Cooper and Roy Crabb attempted to start a brewer in Glenelg in October 1933. Christopher Booth
Cooper was the grandson of Thomas Cooper and was trained as a brewer and Roy Frederick Crabb was
managing the new brewery. A brewers license was approved for selling small quantities of beer and brewing started,
but the United Licensed Victuallers Association did not approve the license being granted and had it removed in 1935.
The brewery did manage to brew several batches and sell some product, several full bottles of beer have been found
