| In several newspaper reports in 1879 there is mentions of a brewery being constructed in the new township of Farina Town. But unfortunatly by 1883 the brewery was put up for sale, along with a aerated waters machine. The brewery closed due to water shortages and the proprietor having to cart water to the brewery. |
