The hotel operated as a Temperance Hotel for many years as the City Temperance, Federal Coffee Palace and then Graysons Coffee Palace. The Grosvenor name started being used in 1920, but the hotel only obtained a limited liquor license in 1968 with a full hotel license being granted in 1991.![]() |
