In 1839, an advertisement in the "Almanac" listed R. Fisher as the provider of Aerated Lemonade and Ginger Beer at Gilles Arcade, alongside other items such as Seidlitz Powder, Tartaric Acid, Carb Soda, and Cream of Tartar. Fisher Bros. were also noted as wine and spirit merchants during this period.
