The Port Adelaide Co-operative & Mineral Waters Co Ltd opened new premises in Nile Street, Port Adelaide, on November 14, 1901, equipped with machinery capable of producing 1000 dozen aerated waters per day. In 1904, the company became the 'Port Adelaide Co-operative Waters and Cordial Co Ltd', with premises in Holland Street, Adelaide, and Nile Street, Port Adelaide. They traded under the name Port Adelaide Mineral Waters (P.A.M.W. Co). By 1908, they moved to larger premises on McLaren Parade. In 1914, they were wound up and reformed as the 'Port Adelaide Co-operative Wine, Spirit and Aerated Water Co Ltd', after taking over T. O'Callaghan's business. They were wound up again in 1916. The 'Port Adelaide Mineral Waters Co' was then formed in 1916, operating from Divett Street, Port Adelaide, and Magill Road, Norwood. Operations ceased in 1924.
